Ryan Kirchner is a senior at Rutgers University – New Brunswick with a major in Food Science. At SEBS, he studied abroad twice. He participated in the Microbiology and Culture of Cheese and Wine course in France in Summer 2019 and the Food and Sustainability course in Thailand in Winter 2020. He is optimistic that he will be able to apply what he experienced abroad to his career post undergrad. When not in school, you can find him working and volunteering as an EMT for both Rutgers University and his hometown of Clinton, long distance running, or cooking at home.
