Rutgers has on-site coordinators in both England and Spain as well as established connections across the world. These connections can be used to support the development of new short courses abroad and to support students while on semester study abroad programs. Private Study Abroad Providers
Rutgers university partners with private and non-profit organizations to increase opportunities and support faculty and students abroad. Private providers can assist faculty in designing programs, on-ground logistics, and maintaining safety standards among other support. Providers can also run stand-alone programs that can be integrated into departmental curriculum. Working with a program provider to create a faculty-led short course will increase the overall fee students pay (final budget costs) but can offer a higher level of support to faculty.
